GoldStar Books
The power of words in paperback and ebook format
It has been a few months since we touched base and I wanted to update you on my progress. I have completed the artistic phase of "Ecstasy at Dawn" and will be completing most of the edits and changes based on initial readings from some of my critics by early December. I would be interested in your representing my latest works as you have previously demonstrated with my first attempt at writing, "After Fifty."
I have visited your website over the past few months and want to congratulate you on your continued progress in creating a viable outlet for new authors. You and your company are doing a great service for new talent and for society in general, by making these works available at an affordable price. Keep up the great work!

It's all a bit hectic but I did read the author's tips on your website and I have read through my own story a couple of times and can see some of the mistakes I have made. I guess you pick up new things to do with grammar as you go along, it's hard to really just look at grammar as it is very dull. Thank you for what you have done for my story, it is really great to be able to go on to the website and see myself there. My parents were very impressed.

I'm more than happy with the proofs! I am already starting to get the cash together for publishing in paperback. Lets go for it! Have great weekend, I know I will!
Karen Boliver, UK
I was most grateful for your response and comments. I appreciate the points you have made and I really would like to get published, even for a modest return. I am open to any further suggestions.

Great to hear from you and thank-you so much for re-working my "Other
Side Of The Track" shortie.
I've just read it through with new eyes. You've made it far more
interesting a read and I'm so pleased you've expressed it as I would have
liked. I always want to write as I feel and as this is of my life over ten
years ago I do have to sit and try to relive those special days and
moments. I always regret so much that I never kept a diary but even though
I didn't how could I possibly forget the "unforgettable"?
Thank-you for putting me right on punctuation too; something I really have
to work on!
Again, many thanks for your time and help, I'm ever grateful.
All my very best wishes,
Ellie Bowdery, UK
I got a chance to read over your suggested changes. I agree it definitely reads more easily and I largely agree with your suggested changes which make for a more snappy delivery. As you suggest, this is the way to go with the material.

Thank you for doing such a great job on my book. I have numerous people who wish to order.

You gave me the best birthday present when you said you might be interested in my book so I've attached the first two chapters of Meghan's Revenge. They're short but I think you'll like them.
Danielle Trombly, USA
Editor's note: Sadly, Danielle died suddenly in July 2004 at the tragically early age of 32. She did not complete Meghan's Revenge so we were not able to publish it.
Thanks for giving your time to reading "The Miracle You Are". I think your idea of burning CD's and selling them is certainly worthy of investigation. Also putting the book on audio tape or CD.
